C.H.I. lists Planks, Skyline Flush, Stamped Shaker, Shoreline, Raised Panel and Full-View Aluminum among its residential families. Raised Panel and Stamped Shaker are steel doors with uninsulated, polystyrene and polyurethane choices depending on the model. Shoreline uses steel with polyurethane insulation; Full-View Aluminum uses aluminum and has different insulation options.
C.H.I. separates its commercial sectional range into insulated sectional doors, ribbed steel doors and full-view aluminum. Its rolling range includes rolling service doors and counter shutters. The commercial catalog links separately to LiftMaster operators, so identifying the door brand does not establish the operator model.
Planks and Skyline Flush requests should include the window arrangement and finish, while a Shoreline request should show the complete exterior pattern. We use those details to investigate the installed configuration. For a dent or damaged window, ask about both a localized repair assessment and replacement options. We inspect the door before deciding whether the visible damage can be addressed separately from its operating hardware.
To prepare for a C.H.I. visit, gather the original order or any readable product information. Tell us which part of the opening needs attention, and whether the problem happens consistently or intermittently. Include a broad interior photo rather than only a close image of damage.
