Clopay builds residential doors in steel, natural wood, composite cladding over insulated steel, and aluminum with glass. Collections named on its residential page include Avante, Canyon Ridge Carriage House (4-layer and 5-layer), Modern Steel Ultra-Grain, Reserve Wood and Classic Wood. One unusual design, VertiStack Avante, stacks its sections on the wall above the opening, so it has no overhead tracks, exposed hinges or cables. (source: Clopay)
Clopay says most of its doors carry a label on the inside face, often along the edge of a section or near the bottom panel. That label lists the model number, the serial number and the date the door was made. (source: Clopay) Snap a photo of it before you call. With the model number we can match springs, rollers, hinges and seals to the way your door is built instead of guessing from its looks.
Most Clopay service calls are about hardware, not the door skin:
A dented section on a current model can often be swapped on its own. On a door that has been discontinued, a matching section may no longer exist, and then a new door is usually the honest answer. See panel replacement for how we check.
Clopay's commercial sectional range includes the Energy Series with Intellicore insulation, Industrial Steel doors with or without insulation, aluminum full-view doors and VertiStack Clear. (source: Clopay) If your shop or storefront has a sectional overhead door, tell us its size and roughly how often it runs.
We can source and install doors from major manufacturers such as Clopay, Garaga, Wayne Dalton and Amarr, and we repair the springs, cables, rollers, sections and seals on doors already in place. Not an authorized dealer for any brand. Licensed and insured, and we service and install all brands. Proof of insurance, license and 1099 available on request.
